How It Works

Four simple steps to a safe swap

  1. List Your Ticket

    Post the ticket you want to trade — event, seat info, and what you're hoping to get in return.

  2. Find a Match & Propose a Trade

    Browse listings and propose a swap with one of your own tickets. The other person can accept or decline.

  3. Both Sides Send Their Tickets

    Once you both agree, you'll each transfer your ticket to TicketSwapMeet's Ticketmaster account. The other person does the same.

  4. TicketSwapMeet Completes the Swap

    TicketSwapMeet verifies both tickets match their descriptions, then sends each one to its new owner.

48-hour listing rule: Tickets must be listed at least 48 hours before the event — you have 24 hours to send your ticket to TicketSwapMeet, and TicketSwapMeet needs 24 hours to process and deliver it. Once a trade is confirmed, both tickets must be sent within 24 hours or the trade is automatically cancelled.
